Petrocan - The dome - Hwy 407
These were all assets of Ontario that the tax payer paid for. Ontario is worth less and less as time goes on.

Use fair billing practices. How can we use 50 kwh more last month???? Impossible between 2 people.

Delivery charges and all the extra charges are way too high! Confusion in Billing has also been a big problem in our area. We need change!

I have a sister-in-law who earned $140,000 last year with Hydro One. Nice girl but that is ridiculous! My delivery costs are often nearly as high as my actual electricity costs!

I had to close down my 28 year old company because I just couldn't afford the electricity. I was employing 3 guys but the electricity to produce my cabinets was $1,200.00 a month. The same shop 28 years ago was $85.00 a month. I am so feed up with this corrupt gouverment.

Hydro is a necessity in Canada. We would literally succumb without it. It's not a luxury item, and shouldn't be taxed.

The consumers are having to pay for many years of incompetence at both the management level and the political level. Both need to get their act together.

The consumer gets hit with the extra charges for their short coming. All the additional and adjusted charges, including Real Time Billing, seem to come out of nowhere making it hard for families to pay for the fees

Hydro rates have been increasing twice a year for the last 5 years or more since Hydro One redesigned their billing and broke it into smaller pieces to justify increases in all areas of the new bill as well as introducing smart meters and TOU Billing which is always rising. They encourages users to switch to more energy efficient appliances and plan to use the most energy in Off Peak Times but still our bills go up with no end in sight as users use less energy yet pay more. Stop this insane unjust drain on the users. It will drive more people to bankruptcy and for what?
