Enough is Enough says it all. We cannot afford the costs and everyone is struggling - have food or pay for electricity - not a choice to have to make!

My Hydro bill just went up another $30 and my usage is the same or less! I have a fixed income. When will the rate increases stop?

Do not sell off any of Hydro One and reduce rates especially the 45% delivery charge of Hydro consumed. Increase the Ontario Clean Energy Benefit. Sell excess electricity at a good price and use the proceeds to reduce Ontario prices.

We are about to pay more for peak time hydro which is essential to our life and have no ability to avoid using it yet Ontario is sending surplus power to Quebec and New York and has paid them millions to take it. Give it to us!

have we not learned from the sale of highway 401 what a totally insane idea it is to sell public assets? Listen to the wise words of over 100 years ago by Sir Adam Beck " Electricity is too important to be placed in the hands of private enterprise"
When conservatives started this privatize direction I thought they where stupid. We need to find a word that is greater than this. Is stupider a word?

I have had enough of being overcharged for hydro!!!! I am on monthly (equal) billing for about $180 per month, I experience various small increases in those years adjusting for my usage. Last February I received an updated assessment with my monthly payment being raised to $405 per month!! When I contacted them, they finally told me that they failed to bill me for 3 months time, and with the rash of recent increases, my accrued balance was such that they needed to more than double my monthly rate!!! I Paid the overage of more than $1000 and kept my monthly bill manageable. I live in Ottawa and most of my familly live in Gatineau Quebec, most of them have much larger homes, some with electric baseboard heaters and they don't pay more than $1000 per year.
Let get with program Ontario, gouging people with this Green policy and return our utility costs to something reasonable.
