CV alumna, 2013. As a healthcare professional and human being, it is clear to me that a hybrid learning system would benefit your community largely. It is foolish to open at a normal capacity when our state and country is in such a crisis. Please reconsider your choice and take into thought the safety and preferences of your staff, students, and their families.

A hybrid model is the safest option for our teachers and our students. In light of cases spiking in schools across the country, the Board will be willfully putting the community at risk by not following common sense safety measures

All-day, in person learning just doesnt make any sense - to start the year. Start w/ a hybrid model and if in 4 weeks there's not a spike in cases, THEN consider going back to 5 day a week in person.

It is not time for in person learning. The possibilities of spreading the virus in school and at home are a huge risk. No one wants to see our kids miss out, but we must wait until it's safer for all.

Student and teachers should have a choice. If they don’t feel comfortable let them learn/ teach online for a couple months.. some of these folks would put their loved ones at risk because of possible exposure within the school, communities, and other areas on their commute. Unless you know where each and every one of these students and teachers have been within the last couple months I would strongly reconsider.
