My dad has taught at CV for 30+ years. I don't want him to die because the school board is playing politics.

I support the proposed rotating A/B hybrid schedule.

The fact that CV is still going through with completely in-person classes is absurd and extremely risky. While it is understandable that not all families have a reliable access to internet, having the option for virtual classes dramatically decreases the amount of people in each building. It’s irresponsible not only to the students and teachers/staff but all to everyone’s FAMILIES!! Have some human decency and compassion for others who may not be safe during these times and offer HYBRID CLASSES.

As someone with a family member who may be considered high risk, sending these kids and having them come home to their families each day is each day is irresponsible. Please rethink your stance on in-person classes this year

CV alumna. We need to keep our CV students, teachers, and all staff safe and hybrid instruction is the best way to do this.

Listen to the teachers. They're the ones risking their lives to make in-person instruction happen.

I am an alumni of CV and a teacher myself in Maryland. Maryland schools are starting the school year either all virtually or in hybrid model. Please consider doing the same.

CV alum Having a hybrid model protects the student body as well as any person that crosses paths with the student body. Willingness to be proactive early on, will prevent the forced closure of the District and the entire community.

As a scientist and CV community member, I urge you to follow the new guidelines and open in person classrooms only under the recommended hybrid plan. Children are fully capable of spreading COVID-19 to adults and further may have long-term negative health effects. The lives and well-being of our precious students and teachers, as well as their families, are at risk until an effective vaccine is properly tested and provided in a high percentage of community members to provide herd immunity.

CV Alum. My mom is a CV teacher. People's LIVES are at stake here. Do the right thing and ensure the safety of your teachers and students. People could die if you don't handle this properly.
