CV graduate and employee and cancer survivor . . . Please look at the science. Even one child or educator getting sick with this unprecedented virus is too many. Thank you.

This is about choice. The options presented to parents are too extreme.

I think a hybrid model is a wise idea and can be done well by using technology to stream classes. I know there’s not a lot of time left to rearrange things, but I think that there are some classes that are easier to conduct in an online learning situation so the focus of in-school learning can be the classes that benefit from it the most.

i miss my friends a lot but putting everyone back in school would create a lot of stress and anxiety and it’s not the best for anyone

CV parent of 2/frontline healthcare worker. It is an ugly world out there right now. I see it every single day. Our children need to be our #1 priority! We all know they need school and they need to see their friends, but they need to do it in the safest possible way. Please let’s do our part to keep our kiddos safe!

Follow the hybrid or virtual model. The safety of CV students, families, and staff should be of paramount importance. If students are not supposed to attend school without proper vaccinations for diseases we can control, how can you direct students to attend school without a vaccine for a disease that we clearly do not control?!

I support the blended and/or the all virtual model recommended for all Lancaster County schools by the department of health from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I do not believe full-time 5 days a week of in-person instruction is safe for the fall term. Spring is to be determined.
