Against the raise in taxes. It’s just making. The rich council members richer. Another cash grab from poor tax paying folks to be homeless.

This is an outrageous tax increase! I got a measly 3% increase at work, and YOU councillors got a 17% increase! It's absolutely unconscionable to even entertain a 10.68% tax increase. We voted for you because we thought you cared. We pay your salary with our tax money. Groceries are becoming unaffordable. High Inflation created by irresponsible Politicians are causing homelessness. What does it take for the People to be heard? Why do Politicians make all the money, without making financial sacrifices, and disregard the people that voted them in? There HAS to be accountable. This Gravy Train has to stop. It's not reality.

Hiring 4 Parks staff in one year while the people in this town can barely afford groceries is ridiculous. This is not the year you should increase taxes indiscriminately.

Expand services, if needed, through expanded tax base, not through tax increases. This is not the time to expand the town's staff. Thank you Cory Clarke for speaking to this. Limit expenditures to the core municipal functions and let special interest groups pay for their projects out of their privately raised funds.

Taxes that go to ideological causes doesn’t benefit the town, only creates greater division and poverty.

Raising taxes will not help housing crisis nor the slow economy.
Cut your budget. Stop giving money to various groups.

We receive very little services for our already high taxes. The mayor and council need to address the needs of our town and not the excessive spending and pandering to special interests groups.

This town is going to POT, we move to a small town for a reason and this town is doing nothing but wanting people to leave it. Please explain the increase, what will the increase bring ???? Ontario is getting so out of hand. STOP is, we need to think about our people.

What ever happened to small town Huntsville? I guess the forget who built this town and now only care about catering to the rich moving here and providing no help at all to long time residents. Where are the affordable houses? Let alone the sky high rediculus rents!
