The problem with above-ground pools is they are frequently not properly maintained and start to look bad. Not sure how you would enforce the astetic nature of the above-ground pool.

Above ground pools are allowed in all the surrounding suburbs ( Oswego and Yorkville) no reason why we shouldn’t be allowed to enjoy them too.

4122 Oak St. Inground pools cost way too much and I dont want to spend 40k just to cool off in the summer. Let us have the cheap stuff if we keep the yard looking nice.
