We the undersigned hereby request that the rules and regulations be changed with the Dept. of Game and Inland Fisheries as relating to the policy of not allowing the motorist who kills an animal in an accident the right to give the game to whomever they wish. A verbal agreement should be allowed to give the animal to whomever they wish, instead of having to leave it along the side of the road to waste.This should also apply to a mandatory requirement for those people who choose to apply and receive a kill permit to give the food grade animals to shelters or an organization such as hunters for the hungry to help supply much needed food for those less fortunate.
