My husband and I ate at Hungry Mother more times than I can remember over the seven years it was open. Neither of us can remember a time when we had to wait for a restroom, and the restaurant was almost always packed when we were there. Adding another restroom for a restaurant that size seems unnecessary and burdensome.

The Hungry Mother space hosted many fantastic evenings. We never had issues waiting for the restroom.... only had to wait for a table, since everyone wanted to savor the wonderful experience. The owners are amazing.

Lived 10 years in Cambridge and love to return from my home in a western suburb. The Hungry Mother was always part of the magnetism of Kendall Square for us. Bathrooms no problem

I dined at Hungry Mother for years and never found the lack of third bathroom to be an issue. There was never a line to use the restrooms, please grant the variance!

Couldn't agree with this more. Took my young son there many many times and never had an issue even when he had to really go!

Please help return the HM space to an active restaurant. It's not that Cambridge needs more restaurants, Cambridge needs more excellent restaurants and these guys know how to make that happen. 2 bathrooms is enough for the space!

We lived in the building right next door to Hungry Mother on Bristol Street. During our multiple visits to the restaurant for dinner, drinks, or even just cornbread we always enjoyed the ambiance, architecture and service. I neither experienced nor witnessed any disruptions resulting from there being 2 restrooms. Please reconsider the requirement for a 3rd restroom so that this team can move forward and open another fabulous neighborhood spot!

I have dined at the Hungry Mother since they opened. Being a woman I am used to standing in line. However this has never been a problem while dining here.

Went to Hungry Mothers frequently
Never had a problem with access to the bathrooms
Never had any trouble with the previous layout
2 bathrooms is plenty!
