I agree an additional bathroom is not needed. I have never had an issue when I was there and I don't see why this is coming up now. Clearly this is an effort to cause issues when it has not been an issue previously.

Two bathrooms for the space is more adequate. It would be very sad if such an issue kept such a relented crew from opening and utalizing a restaurant space that was so important to the Cambridge community!!!

This space worked before for this use and there is no basis to believe it won't work again. Let's not let perfection be the enemy of the good by imposing regulatory requirements that destroy the economic viability of restoring the property to its prior use.

I never had to stand in line to use the restroom at Hungry Mother. Kendall Cinema, that's who the zoning board should be worried about!

I always use the ladies room when I go out to dinner and I never had a problem finding an empty one at Hungry Mother . I can't imagine why you would need a third bathroom. It would be entirely unnecessary.

My family of 4 ate there several times a year. We enjoyed the restaurant, food and ambiance, and never had a bathroom issue.

In the few times I visited Hungry Mother, I never had to wait for a bathroom! Hope you get the variance. Good luck.
