Former Hungry Mother space with new concept!

Absolutely does not need a third bath-room. Grant the variance. I've eaten at the former Hungry Mother, enough to know!!1

Please grant a variance!

I dined at hungry mother 3-4 times a year and never had a problem with the bathroom. I miss the restaurant and hope that the existing space can be used fir a great new restaurant

Build codes are imperative but common sense is as well so that small business entrepreneurs can continue to thrive in Cambridge and that we can conserve our local architecture.

Please! Miss these folks and the space! Two bathrooms was never an issue!

I was a long time customer at Hungry Mother and have passionately mourned its passing. It is a small space, two bathrooms seemed perfectly adequate. Please allow a reopening of a new restaurant in this wonderful space by conscientious and caring owners.

As a Hungry Mother regular, I always found two restrooms to be more than adequate!

I ate at Hungry Mother many times and never had a problem with the bathroom being busy, nor did I ever see a sign that two bathrooms were not enough.

As neighbors we would love to see this happen!

Be business friendly

I was a regular customer at Hungry Mother and never saw a situation where two bathrooms weren't plenty for the size of the restaurant. To require a third will unnecessarily burden the space and the business.

Is this really why the restaurant closed? That is a terrible shame. I ate with friends and family very frequently over the years and not once did any of us feel there were too few bathrooms. The space is indeed part of what made Hungry Mother so special. Please do grant this variance. Two bathrooms is plenty!

Let's get past the bathroom thing and get a business in there. Two bathrooms are plenty for that size space.

I dined at Hungry Mother many times and never once recall waiting for a bathroom. It feels ludicrous that a third bathroom should be mandated for a restaurant this size. Aren't there plenty of restaurants with similar or greater capacity with only two bathrooms?

2 bathrooms are more than enough for a dining space of this size. I dined at Hungry Mother many times over the years and never had an issue.

I have certain medical issues and have to use the restroom frequently and never had issues at Hungry Mother.
