Something needs to be done. HSWC is not careing for the animals and need to get someone that for love and care for th animals. If WF city board does not do something, that shame shame on you. This will make WF look bad. Plus the poor animals do not need to be there if this keeps up.

This can't continue. I've run into poor directors, but no board so obstructionist since before Louisiana passed its Sunshine Law to curb the hostile legislature!
