Your new interface is HORRIBLE. Simple worked, and you found a way to mess it up big time. Cancelling our subscription as we can't figure out how to find anything.

The new upgrade is AWFUL! Upgrades happen and I don't mind change from time to time, but the changes should be better and easier for the user, not what we got today!

This new set up is the worst. Why can't I still have the ability to have a list of the networks? I don't want to constantly look thru a bunch of things you think I am going to watch. Please update this to make it user friendly!!!!

Please, put it back. It's slow, ugly, ungainly to use, inefficient, and it doesn't work all of the time.

Hate the new look. The old Hulu was the most user friendly of all the other similar platforms. Now it ranks as one of the worst!

We went from being able to see a dozen options on one screen to about six, we lost our watch list, and those of us who don't intend to watch live TV are getting nothing in return. Creating the selected watch list for a comprehensive "all watch history" setting is cumbersome and time-consuming to say the least. At least give us the option to convert back to our previous interface, because this obviously was not designed for customer satisfaction in mind.
