It's hard to imagine a less appropriate terminus for HS" than Euston. The disruption that will ensue is utterly unacceptable. Why should HS2 not terminate at one of the outer Crossrail stations, which would provide superb onward transport for HS2 passengers?

Stop the madness and preserve the few central London beauty spots that remain untouched.

HS2 is not necessary. Britain is a small country; it doesn't take long to get from London to Birmingham - or even beyond. And it would not improve business opportunities in the regions but instead would further emphasise London as the centre of all business. It would be better to improve transport links across the Midlands and North of the country.

Hampstead is already a traffic nightmare with the worst school-run traffic in the country. Adding HGV's to the mix would be a disaster

I strongly oppose HS2 - dubious benefits and devastating effects on the lives of thousands, not to mention the unacceptable cost.
