As a resident of Loudoun County, I urge your support to ACCELERATE plans for construction and operation of HS-6 from FY12 to FY10. I request that the BOS Finance and Government Services Committee should motion and vote favorably to reschedule HS-6 from FY12 to FY10 at their Committee meeting on Wednesday, March 19
