All electronic signatures will be emailed along with a letter outlining the health risks associated with the consumption of dog & cat meat AND petition ALL U.S. Congressmen to cosponsor H.Res.401 (a GLOBAL BAN) to outlaw the dog & cat meat trade & to enforce existing laws against the trade.
