The 759 Act bill is at the Federal level. We need to push this bill through every level, state and local. This bill will assist individuals that are in the federal penal system. In this bill, authority and government agencies will be held responsible for making sure program and guidelines are being implemented according the bill. As stated earlier the bill is in the introduction stage. With community involvement we can move the bill forward.
