ICD 10 does nothing for patient care . It's a data collecting tool that burdens the doctor in locating codes. Physicians focus on patient care is being removed with this added burden. We can not afford to have this task placed on already burdensome system. We need avenues to improve access and care for patients. This does neither

Beto, the implementation of ICD-10 will truly bring about disruption of medical care to our medical practice. Much less time will be spent on patient care and instead this time will be placed on executing countless hours of bureaucratic documentation to ensure payment. It's a lose ,lose situation for both the patient and the doctor.
