The offenders should be given life imprisonment.Schools in Bangalore should take on more responsibility for kids safety . Include parents volunteers for this purpose. Most schools in Bangalore outsource their bus facility and take no responsibility. For better safety and also improving traffic congestion - schools should take on the role of being responsible for transporting children to and from school.

Even a employee working in a factory if meets with an accident during working hours is legible for compensation by the factory owner. How can a school be not responsible for what is happening to the kids during school hours and that to which is more than a crime.
