The School authorities can't just wash their hands off..they are also equally responsible..give the worst punishment to the insane man , the ayah and also the school should be taken to task for being so irresponsible

the school also must be made accountable. We trust and send our kids to school that is there responsibility too. MATA PITA GURU DEVA. We keep guru in 3rd place after parents so have to take responsibility
