What kind of twisted evil mind can commit such a heinous crime a child!!!! I don't have the words to express my anger, frustration, disgust... My heart goes out to the little girl, can't imagine what her family must be going through.... Let's see to it that the culprits are hanged! This is not a pardonable offense!
