I haven't experienced many actual problems with them but it feels like a lot of money to pay to keep corridors clean (which they don't even do well). Value for money? Hardly.

Please replace Houston Lawrence with a competent management company. Residents are tired of late bills, delays in services being carried out, lack of response, misleading and untrue information as well as poor excuses for these failings.
