My whole family hunts and passing this bill would basically put a stop to all that. As a person, that also has livestock the coyote hunters are vital in making sure our herd is safe from coyotes. My cousin lost 10 sheep because of coyotes just this year, and the hunters came and cleaned out her block, and thankfully, she hasn’t had any more issues. Please rethink this.

Fix the issue with with handling unethical hunters and dont take good hunters rights away. Same as u cant blame the gun blame the individual responsible for it

Hunting is a way of life here. Springfield needs to see all of Illinois, not just the big cities.

There are already trespassing laws and fines in place for this, why are hunting dogs being singled out when there are plenty of other dogs that get loose and stray onto property where they don't belong. All hunters need to be respectful of others property where they are not welcome but dogs are dogs and they do not know boundaries when they are working.

Don't we have more important things to worry about than whether a hunting dog is on someone else's property? Come on, people, get your head out of your ass.

The current laws and regulations are what is best for everyone involved and there is no need for change. If this bill passes it will be the end of the houndsman and his hound. A tradition that has been around since the beginning of time.

You guys all wanna listen to the non hunters but not us who make a living this way!! Are dogs can not read a property boundary. We try to retrieve as fast as possible but that never keeps the land owner we crossed on happy enough. So why not stick up for us instead of all of them!
