Un armed retrieval of dogs using the most direct route could not be criminalized.

A bill like this is a terrible idea and should not be allowed to pass.

Have hound hunted for fifty years and never had issues until deer hunters and leasers came into being, thinking if they own or lease 100 acers, they control the whole section.

Please don’t let the actions of a few irresponsible hunters, affect all the hunters that do the best they can to keep dogs off of posted ground.

Doesn't seem right to punish law abiding citizens for a few peoples deeds

As a coyote hunter myself I think that this is very ignorant. You cannot control where the dog goes. I think the law that already in place where you cannot take a weapon but still retrieve you dog should stand as long as you notify land owner if possible.

Hunting means hunting, not walking your dogs on a leash. As long as hunters remain liable for damages, dogs should be allowed to pursue their prey.

We need to keep hunting alive and well. This is a horrible idea to charge dog owners for simple misdemeanors when the dogs just chasing/looking for game.

Don’t let em stop running dogs! Especially coyote dogs. I live in the country and have livestock and the coyotes are terrible. Kill em all! By any means necessary!

This is ridiculous. Trying to destroy a good hobby for both people and the dogs that were breed to hunt.

Current trespassing laws should suffice. Prosecute those who break the law and leave the non-lawbreakers to rid the country of coyotes. ( Farmers need them thinned out every year to protect livestock)

This could be a very bad precedent
