Shortsighted planning like this will have perilous consequences down the road. Progress and development should be done with all in mind.

Disgraceful and unnecessary. City Council just approved ANOTHER hotel not but 1 block away from this newly proposed hotel. Including the Hotel Maryland, that would make 3 within a block from one another. So disheartened by this. :(
