A hot school meal would be beneficial to the learning of all children and would ensure those from a less economic background would have a hot meal daily.

As an employee that provides hot meals to primary school pupils, I think that this should be mandatory. Especially as the government are funding for the first 3 years. With today's economic climate, it is up to the school (with the afore mentioned budget) to provide a nutritionally balanced meal to those who's families may not be able to afford to do so every day, at home. Whilst the funding is there, every effort should be made to make sure the children are catered for to the best of our abilities!

Trinity needs to implement hot school meals, jam sandwiches is not an exceptable lunch to provide children.

Although the cold dinners are very good, my son is never full from them and needs me to pack addtional snacks. I believe that in having a warm dinner, especially as the cold weather is coming up, the children will benefit alot and be fuller for longer.

Sad that in this day and age that children at Trinity can not have a hot meal when other schools around them offer a hot meal at lunch time.

All children should have the choice to have a hot meal or a packed lunch. Especially in winter they're need that hot meal!

This should be a priority, in the winter I wonder if staff were only allowed sandwiches not something warm would this be addressed?
