riders have as much right to be on the road as cars! if you are in such a hurry leave earlier.
ridiculous. let the horses have the cycle paths. they would be much safer than mixing with lorries and speeding traffic.
stop bothering the horse people. they pay taxes too.
riding two abreast is actually safer. it makes the horse easier to pass because it stops cars from trying to squeeze through gaps that arent there.
TOTAL NONSENSE. KEEP THE HIGHWAY CODE AS IT IS. TIRED OF THESE CHANGES THAT JUST MAKE LIFE HARDER FOR EVERYONE.

common sense is needed here. my horse gets spooked by cars flying past way too close. two abreast keeps us visible.
