Stop issuing building permits where flooding has already occurred. Work on fixing the problems to help ensure the flooding will not likely occur again.

Thanks to overbuilding and no adequate drainage. Also the rezoning of wetland that used to absorb the water ..my home is now destroyed

We need this now. Not in the next 20 years. You already ruined people’s life’s. We all should start a Class action suit Against the people who stopped the work and hold them accountable

The building in river flood plains as well as much of the questionable barrier island development covered by Federal Flood insurance is a scandal getting worse every passing day The developers need to be stopped now !

There needs to be better planning for housing in areas where there is a strong possibility that that area will flood.
