My company has been forced to close for 4 months due to flooding, made worse from poor planning. The road designs being planned are called STROADS. From an engineering standpoint, the most dangerous an least financially sustainable designs. The growth model is dangerous and unsustainable.

Planning Commission has approved & recommended Horry County Council approve new subdivisions (one in Council’s approval process currently) that are in wetlands. Where has common sense gone!?!

I pray that there will be an answer to the obstacles that are facing, the core of engineers, the council as well as everyone else involved in this endeavor to seek relief and find answers to the problems many property owners face before another natural disaster comes.
