Dear Horizon Hobby

We are current customer who have purchased the Blade 350 QX which is advertised and designed to be gopro compatible. There is significant and sometimes crash worthy interference when a gopro is mounted and recording even with the WIFI function turned off. You currently offer a copper "patch" for the newer versions. This does not offer a factory solution for the earlier adopters of your first version product. Horizon Hobby is known for their customer service and many of us have become customers for this benefit. We ask that you offer your pre-existing customers who bought a "gopro compatible" product a solution to this ongoing problem.

Updates

April 30, 2014

The volume of support has reached a level that allows me to finalize the formal letter to Horizon Hobby management. I have scheduled a conference call with their technical department to discuss the implementation of a universal factory fix for all hardware versions.

The best hobby customer service department can offer us v1 customers a better solution.

The Blade 350QX is clearly not gopro compatible as it is advertised. Consumers must make modifications in order to safely use a gopro with the Blade 350QX..even then some still have issues.
