Deed covenants are non-negotiable. They need to be protected and not one inch should be given or they become meaningless & unenforceable

I am opposed to commercial operations in the neighborhood which generate traffic regardless of whether the owner of the business is a resident or non-resident. My opposition does not include people who work at home but do not have clients/customers visit the residence.

I am concerned about the precedence this sets, regardless of the proposed commercial business purpose, and feel it is critical for neighbors to have the opportunity to be heard on this issue.

Hope Valley is a designated Historic Residencial neighborhood. We strongly object the use of a home for a commercial business.

Covenants are .clear. No commercial operations in single homes in Hope Valley.

This is a residential neighborhood. I believe this use is for commercial purposes.
