I feel that the neighbors should have the opportunity to be heard on this issue.

I vote NO for a commercial business in our neighborhood without a community vote

I'm a healthcare professional and believe this kind of facility in a residential neighborhood is entirely inappropriate. I understand Live Well's philosophy of care, but the narrow streets of Hope Valley do not serve well for any type of commercial activity. I oppose this activity.

I have lived here 18 years and enjoy walking my two dogs at least twice a day. Very concerned about extra trafic on the narrow winding street with no sidewalks. And some bigger cars for wheel chair transport, will make me have to jump for my live even more often. Also, worried about young kids biking to pool and tennis with the extra trafic. H V not suited for this type of facility

I live next door to where the facility would be and do not think this is a good idea. The reason we bought on Bentley is because it is quiet with little traffic. We have a lot of young children on Bentley and the 24/7 "concierge" transportation promoted by Live Well will certainly increase traffic and unknown individuals on the street.

I oppose commercial development in our neighborhood. It brings too much traffic, visitors, staff etc and makes the roads especially the Rugby Road access way to busy. Please keep this a residential neighborhood.

This is a family neighborhood! I do not want assorted caregivers, medical personnel and emergency vehicles arriving and leaving throughout the day, not to mention the various family members of the residents. We want to keep our streets quiet.

Oppose a commercial business in our neighborhood as it would bring a lot more traffic, visitors, staff, to the Rugby Rd access which is not desirable. The amount of traffic would increase sharply, which is not desirable. This is a residential neighborhood and should remain so. We already have too much traffic with the day care center of Saint Stevens, that is a detriment. Perhaps if another access road could be constructed onto Garret Rd or something close to where the fire station road is, that might relieve some of the stress.

I understand the need for the home but I am surprised that you can have a business in a residential zone. My opposition is based on allowing a commercial business in a residential zone.
