Christopher Michael Alberts was arrested on January 6, 2021, at approximately 7:20 PM in Washington DC outside of the Capitol grounds. The arresting officer lied in his report, stating Chris tried to flee when video evidence shows otherwise. In the same video footage, there is an unidentified Metropolitan Police Officer who strikes Chris in the head with a baton which goes against their use of force policy. The officer who hit Chris immediately tucks himself into the crowd, and the government claims that they are unable to identify this officer. Any use of force during an arrest is to be documented, there has been no such report. The arresting officer testified that he was unaware that Chris was hit in the head, although it is on his very own body-worn camera footage
I want an official investigation that will conclude in accountability for Officer DALLAN HAYNES who lied in his report, under oath and failed to document the arrest properly. I would like to compel the Metropolitan Police Department to reveal the MPD Officer who hit Chris. I would also like the “unidentified” Officer held accountable for his use of force and for a complete investigation into the Metropolitan Police Department.
I would also like assistance in ensuring the BOP facilitates proper medical treatment in diagnosing and monitoring the cyst on Chris’ neck that has developed since that day. The cyst leads up to his brain, and we ran out of time getting treatment through the VA before he was to self-surrender.
Help us get the oversight committee to launch an investigation, and get justice for Christopher Alberts!

I know Christopher Alberts and can testify to his character as one of his pastors over the past 2-3 years. I have visited him in Ohio at his prison location. He desperately needs medical attention for his back & neck issues. The lack of follow-through is appalling for one of our veterans. THANK YOU for you immediate attention on this matter.
I am petitioning the Oversight Committee to investigate the police brutality of Army Veteran Christopher Alberts. The officer must be identified and required to take the stand. Thank yoiu.

Justice for j6 attendees who most of them were arrested wrongfully most were just protesting which is an amendment right yet when other parties do worse they're is no accountability for their actions. It's time to end the hypocrisy & release they j6 attendees & soooo many things were not done by the book in order to get these people incarcerated. Shame on all of you that took part in the deceptions to get these patriots incarcerated!
