I was just out grabbing coffee and saw a group of people arguing about where to go tonight because literally everything is closed or boring and it just keeps reminding me why we need this place so badly. My brain is constantly running through floor plans and potential stage layouts while I try to figure out how to make the VIP sections feel special without breaking the bank for everyone involved. It is a lot of work to line up the right permits and vendors but honestly all these messages about how much people want a real scene here keep me going.

I really did not think this would take off like this but seeing the response has me basically buzzing with ideas for the lounge layout. It feels like everyone is just as bored with the mall as I am and honestly that is such a relief to know.

Finally something to do around here besides the movies. This would be sick.
Give this young man an opportunity to succeed by his own effort in life, his own work and the will to succeed.
I think it is a great idea! Young adults need a place like this, where they can get together in a relaxing and positive atmosphere.
I think a hooka lounge would be nice especially for young adults to get together and converse about how their lives are going.
I live in a big city, and it's hard to find a good place to hang and listen to local music where I don't have to be 21+. I think having a decent place for young people to hang would be an awesome idea for the Tri-Cities area.
