One of the most treasured individuals we have had in Moore County Schools. He has touched countless children in the most positive manner and given them encouragement and beliefs to continue in life in a positive way.

Coach Carter was the best guy when I was back in middle school he coached me a football the Aberdeen Red devils 7th grade and 8th grade year social kind spirit do anything to help anybody and he always kept you positive
