Not only did the school mean a lot to me but even my child had a chance to attend the school and meet Coach Carter. Please don’t erase the memory of such a wonderful time in my families lives and allow us to hold on the history of what Aberdeen Middle School as well as a great man we have in such an iconic human being. Don’t erase Coach Carter.

Coach Carter deserves this recognition. He was a great mentor to many of us at Aberdeen Middle School. I will be forever grateful for all of his discipline and knowledge and his compassion and caring heart for all of us students. I truly have the utmost respect.
