I placed an order for this item, Argos then sent an email cancelling the order because of a misprice, Argos must honour this deal as they said it was an online exclusive and the price must stand.

Both Argos live chat agents and hot point customer services confirmed our order was legit and confirmed this was not a price error and the deal would be honoured.

False advertising. An obvious marketing ploy to attract customers to purchase other items. Purchaser and confirmed now after selling old machine it gets cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery. What argos have done is illegal. They still have my money as i purchased in store with cash

Order confirmed on web chat along with confirmation e mail and order number, also stated that I would be contacted within 5 days to arrange delivery. Come on Argos honour the deal.

Whilst your Ts&Cs may indicate that an offer is not accepted until it is dispatched, your staff have misled us on live chat by indicating that the price was not a misprice!!

The machine was still advertised at £216 until about 3pm today! I always use Argos to purchase my electrical's and I doubt I will use them again after taking my £216 and cancelling my order! I will not wait 5 days for a refund I want what I ordered my Hotpoint Washer Dryer!

I purchased one as tumble dryer broke a couple of months back, now find out its not being fulfilled.
