As Zachary's grandmother, i can tell you he was a loving and caring young man. He has been there for the misunderstood as well as for handicap people. He loved playing his sax for the elderly at nursing homes. I feel that a bench to honor Zach , should be a bench to honor all young and talented that left us way too soon.we miss them all as we miss Zach.

This was not "another person that passed away" he took his life because of how people treated him and he felt alone and mistreated I think this is not right and should definetley be aloud I thought it was ridiculous they didn't even do anything for the family/himself. It's a shame. I didn't know him but knowing that he took his life because of how he felt really got to me.

I was just talking to my friend about this today. I understand where the school is coming from but its important to remember him and celebrate his life. I did not know him, but that doesnt mean that no one should. His life is important just like all those other students lost, its a shame they didnt have the same oppourtunity but theres no better time to start than now.

I didn't know this young man, but a refusal to at least honor him in some way is absurd. If students are willing to fund for a bench they should be able to have a bench for this young man.

Just because there was no memorial for students I the past doesn't mean you can't start now.

I didn't know you guys had donated money. I assume they used it for the new gym which isn't right at all

Merrimack Valley needs to honor this student and should honor all students that have passed away while they were in school. Zach was a good young man and I know for a fact the the people who were closest miss him a lot. If MV doesn't let this student's senior project go through then I regret ever attending.

Zach and i grew up together for awhile, we lived right next to door to eachother. We were so young at the time but even than he had so much potential and cared so much. I have lost a lot of family and friends in the past year but this was by far the saddest. Zachary needs to be honored.
