I honestly never thought this would gain so much steam but here we are and my computer notifications are basically going non-stop now. It feels like people everywhere are finally ready to say enough is enough with all these extra assignments that just pile up at the kitchen table every single night.

My son is only in 3rd grade and he is literally crying over math sheets every single night. Let them just be kids.
WASTE OF TIME.
Teachers really need to understand we have lives outside of school. Sports and family time are way more important than 20 useless worksheets.
if they taught better during the day we wouldnt need to bring it all home with us. figure it out
Finally someone said it. i am exhausted by the time i get home and still have 3 hours of busy work to do.
