Illegal rock processing activities taking place during earthwork construction. Horrible sight along Mt. Rose Hwy and definitely not conducive to a "scenic corridor"!!!

Traffic safety issues!!! Dangerous for traffic, specially in the morning (Galena high school and Elementary Hunsberger school traffic + residential,...uffff this is against the law!

Opposed to the higher density, and lack of fire protection planning. Traffic solutions need to be addressed better than what has been proposed.

I am opposed to the current plan in which 94 homes will be jammed into our Mt Rose Corridor!!!

This proposed project should not be allowed. The problems that this project would bring to this area, which includes traffic and overcrowding the schools, only to benefit the developer is unacceptable.

This development is simply a way for this development company to use the Federal Tax incentive to increase their profits not to mention the high density homes and people.

The proposed Colina Rosa is NOT in accordance to ANY residential area west of Wedge Parkway and as currently submitted, would be a detriment to the area, rather than an asset. The residential density should be NO MORE than the existing surrounding residential densities of the Mt. Rose Highway area, west of Wedge Parkway!!

I am against this proposed Colina Rosa Development as it has been designed and submitted today.

Please slow down the degradation of the beautiful Biggest Little City... Keep it the biggest little and let the people have their sweet piece of the pie and eat it too...

The local infrastructure just can't handle this density. The California developer doesn't seem to know what Reno is all about. And it's not max'ing out the number of houses per acre.
