Andrew Bryan of Old Moat Lane is to be evicted from the place he called HOME for almost 30 years. He is a genuine, well liked member of the local community who is honest and respected. The reason for this is that Southway Housing Trust own the property. His Mother and Father whom had a joint tenancy both passed away within less than a year of each other and therefore Southway say Andrew has no "Legal Right" to stay in the property. Andrew has paid the rent there for the last 10 years as his parents were elderly and cared for them for well over 3 years. He is a remarkable man who always puts others before himself and has never caused any harm or upset to anyone. He is always willing to help others and works with teenagers with special needs. This job he adores. The residents of Withington and his family are fully behind his fight to stay in the place he has called home for 30 years and will fight all the way.
Seeing this level of support for Andrew reminds me that his kindness has truly rippled through our entire neighborhood. It is clear I am not the only one who refuses to let a man like him be pushed out of the only home he has ever known.

Andrew has been the heart of our street for three decades and seeing this momentum gives me real hope. We are nearly at two hundred and fifty signatures so please send the link to your neighbors right now to get us past this mark.

Andrew is a legend around here. The housing trust should be ashamed of themselves for treating a loyal tenant like this.
