On Friday, September 9 Kavalpreet Mathon was denied from running for homecoming queen because his reason to end Gender normalities was "too personal" and would not benefit Reavis High School, and was told that he had to either run for homecoming king or drop out of the election, but when another student was questioned about her reasons for running for homecoming king, her reason being "transgender equality", she was accepted with out anyone batting an eye. Please help us to get Senior student 'Kavi' on the ballot for homecoming queen, he just wants to make a statement and help others feel more comfortable in their skin. We only have until the end of the school day tomorrow Tuesday, September 13 (2:34pm) to come up with the required signatures to make a change.
