School should refund reasonable school fee to parents, instead of keeping the revenue for their investors.

Many of us have suffered during these hard times. The school is not providing the experience we have paid for and should be charging less for a reduced service. At the very least the capital levy should be cancelled for next year. There is no explanation as to what it's needed for other than some vague references to maintenance. The cash build up from the levy since the school's inception is vast and could surely be used to lighten the burden on parents. The assumption must be that the owners greed trumps any regard for the parents that line their pockets. Now with other International schools finally seeing fit to help parents hopefully pressure will build on Harrow to do the same.

A more accommodating attitude to fees would have been appreciated before parents are forced to sign a petition. Also the rationale for the continued Capital Levy is weak and vague comments about what it might be spent on are not satisfactory. It has served its purpose for the expansion.

The facts are simple - Harrow’s costs are down, the school has an enormous amount of cash on balance sheet from levy fees. Harrow needs to support its community of parents who have all been impacted. If Harrow wants to run like a company/PE then the school should behave like any other company and use all its resources to support their students and parents

Schools operating costs are down, the savings should be returned to parents, not Harrows owners.

There is a need for transparency from the school. It is wrong if the school is getting gov payouts AND not passing them on to parents. The justification for capital levy is weak without merit as well. Exposes the greedy governors for using that unregulated loophole as a profiteering medium.

The fees should be reduced as school have had many costs that did not need to be paid.

The full educational experience families signed on for is not being delivered and the school has reduced operating costs as a result. Worldwide schools are discounting tuition fees in light of this.

Agree! As in leadership principal it always claimed, the school should not just take but to give back to the society.
