There is no practical reason to deny Licensed Home Inspectors and Professional pest inspectors access to supra key process to do their related services to seller homes. I support this petition.

I agree with what has already been said. They should be allowed ekeys and that to deny the inspectors, who are licensed, would be a major step backwards.

Allowing the inspectors/pest men to have eKEYs GREATLY helps agents with selling houses. It helps us to have more time to serve our CLIENTS instead of having to meet inspectors to simply open a door for them.

Absolutely allow Supra eKey access to these individuals.

If you have taken realtor classes, passed realtor exam, have broker, pay dues to local board, there is absolutely no reason to not have access to eKey. The realtors, buyers, and sellers all know inspectors are accessing the home for inspection purposes in order to expedite the sell/purchase of said home to the benefit of the seller/buyer!

Taking lockbox keys away from home inspectors & termite inspectors would definitetly be a step backwards!

Realtors having to make special trips for inspections and pest is taking away time we already don't have enough of to give our clients the best possible service. This is not beneficial to anyone at all. They are licensed professionals as well and the lockboxes provide security and accountability. Please allow them access.

I am in full support of pest inspectors, home inspector having the same level of clearance in properties as Realtors. These are State licensed individuals who have study and passed their industry’s core standards and are a direct support to the Industry of Real Estate. The health of the Real Estate Industrial is being inclusive and progressive.

Common sense. Protect our sellers

I think it’s a great way to know exactly who goes in a home when it’s listed.

Regular home inspectors who are licensed and insured and pest inspectors who are licensed and insured should have ekey access. I think it is increased security for all when we have a record of who enters a house vs. putting all of the liability on the realtor’s office if they have keys for these vendors or otherwise discriminate against the individual agents who don’t have team members to assist and this have to take time away from buyers by being required to open doors for inspectors

Please reinstate the EKEY for inspectors in order to make the buying/selling process run smoothly. This takes time out of our day to unlock doors for inspections. Therefore, we have less time to give our clients.

Home inspectors and pest inspectors should be allowed to retain their own eKey. To not allow them access will only create more time problems for ALL Realtors.

They have to get in the house. Makes sense they have a key for all the reasons already mentioned.

This would be so helpful.

I support allowing licensed and insured home and pest inspectors to have Supra eKey access. It provides greater protection for our sellers and accountability for those who enter sellers' home. Having a written record of entry to a home instead of releasing a key provides a better log of who enters a home. Thank you.

Please allow our inspectors keep their Supra Key. This allows us to get inspections done a lot quicker and easier for our clients. If it is a security problem just do background checks before issuing the key to them. And maybe come up with a legal consent form of entry for the home owner to sign when the appointment is set up
