Windshield cracked from 287 project

My new Mercedes-Benz has windshield chips and numerous paint chips and I'm pissed! My insurance company should NOT have to pay for this which will cause my rates to increase.

Broke the windshield on my 2022 ford bronco.

I got a cracked windshield from this horrible clean up and construction. Gonna cost me $1300

I have received two seperate windshield cracks from the construction on 287 near Iowa Park.

I work in Electra and drive that stretch of highway daily, both to and from work. I rotate between vehicles, and unfortunately, my van was the first to get damaged, and then my truck, it has a chip in the windshield as well. I'm sure I have paint damage too, between the chipped windshield and everything else, it’s definitely adding up, this stretch of road is turning into an expensive commute, especially if I end up covering the repairs out of pocket.

I drive everyday to Sheppard AFB and Back to Iowa Park to and from work. I have a huge crack on my passenger side window along with small cracks throughout windshield

Busted my windshield and called multiple times just to be told multiple times that I would be called back by their safety person. Never received a call back.

I no longer take 287 north or south. My windshield was sprayed with gravel when a semi truck zoomed past me on my way to work. It left multiple little chips in my windshield. I cannot afford to replace it right now. And I can’t afford for my insurance premium to go up.

My vehicle was damaged by debris on the highway which I commute on everyday.

My windshield has been cracked along with chips in my car paint

I also have a windshield cracked due to all the poor road way.

Lost 2 windshields

7/20 at approx 9:15 a.m. travelling 287 southbound right lane driving approx 55 mph ~ truck passes on the left near Peterson exit ~ it kicks up gravel and a small rock cracked windshield. The gravel was heavy ~ both lanes had traffic ... and road did not appear to have been swept. Husband felt contractor may have used outdated equipment. Husband called insurance and he was told it may affect future premiums if we file a claim ... so he refused. He made 2 calls to Progressive insurance. Pics available.
