Hold Zack Burkett Co. and TxDOT Accountable for Vehicle Damage on U.S. 287

2cracks and just drive down the hey still have pebbles hit me

We have not only one but two vehicles with crack windshields for vehicles passing in the other lane. No way to avoid it.

I have a crack in the middle of my windshield due to the negligence of the construction company

I have 2 cracks in my windshield

When my damage occurred, they were not sweeping well after milling the road. The speed limit was NOT lowered, there were no "loose gravel" signs and they were milling both of the available two lanes simultaneously instead of one lane at a time leaving one lane open for traffic. AFTER all of the complaints started coming in, they have started sweeping more thoroughly, they have lowered the speed limit to 65,and have place loose gravel" signs.

I have chips in my windshield and in my paint. It was very irresponsible the way this happened. Compensation should be awarded.

My windshield has a huge crack as well. And its only a little over a year old

Never had any issues until the construction started. Now I have at least 2 cracks in my windshield, due to the irresponsible actions by both texdot and burkett construction. The amount of debris left on the highway is beyond excessive and to get the runaround by both groups is absolutely ridiculous.
