We need our Fire Dept !!

I have been here 50 years, the fire department was built by the property owners of the subdivision for the subdivision and its people. I have donated my equipment and time, we need a fire department to protect the people and property and value, we need assurance for the safety of the people and their lives and property.

we need first responders and a fire department, we were not asked about this, I have been here since 1970 and have never seen such a thing as what the committee is trying to do, I have health issues and need to be able to be comfortable about know we have a fire department and first responders that is not 30 minutes away. The fire chief and his crew work hard for us, please don't let a handful of people make a decision on my life and the property I own. I support our fire department and first responders

Personally we need to remove two people from this committee. This communities needs a fire dept and first responders

The committee needs to keep their personal problems out of HLE business. This community needs a fire dept.

Leaving us without fire protection, is morally wrong, and irresponsible!!! The results could be devastating for those who are retired, disabled, or raising a family!!! It needs to be stopped NOW!!!!

We need this fire department. It transcends the bickering. It is about human lives. The Home Owners association did NOT ask the residence if they should evict the Fire Dept. We need it!

We need the fire department, they serve the community while the Civic Club leaders are complete bullies.

this is a result of personal agenda against the fire chier by two people, and their use of the other board members with fancy and pluralistic words, that sound good, but mean nothing but trouble for those who take heed.

At what point does it become clear to one and all that the sitting committee has to go .

Last year I needed our HLE Fire Dept. But instead had to call 9-- twice ...Goodrich and Livingston Dept arrived but if not for a neighbor who owned a tractor seen it came and cut ruts through mine and my next door neighbor yards ...to keep it from burning our homes..It burnt an acre before the other guys where able to get here in time..before reaching a propane tank.Id personally would like to Thank All Men/Women who risk their lives to help ours...FIRE FIGHTERS ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS OUR POLICE OFFICERS.WE NEED HLE FIRE DEPT. THANK YOU.

Just rediculous it has come to this--what is this--yet again-- 3 times in 6 yrs --the 'Committee has went after the HLEVFD...jst sad!!--and really petty!!!

The HLECC's reasoning for evicting the HLEVFD is UNACCEPTABLE for the members of this community! The members of the HLECC are not making this decision with the best interest of the homeowners in mind! We want/need the FD & the current volunteers on it!

If we don't keep the Fire Dept, then we won't have first responders. We all need medical help at some point in our lives.

I am 67, 3 time cancer survivor, and live in a wooded area. I absolutely want a fire department and first responders as close as possible.

We need the fire department
