I have used this car park for over 20 years. As do many of my friends who live in murton, and come to walk their dogs around the lake.
Having to travel through Hetton to park at the other side if the park is ludicrous. It would mean I wouldn't have time to use this great facility, which would be a great loss to all who live at the Murton access end if the park.

Come on council we know you have a problem to resolve but these are local tax paying people that will be here paying your wages in years to come there must be options for you, look after the people who look after you.

The car parking is totally necessary to the running of the fishing club and park users alike I myself have had a quadruple bypass and would not be able to fish this venue any longer without car parking

Angling supports a lot of people. And for Angling Clubs to lose a facility as important as there car park will impact on the club to offer fishing to the young, old, and disabled ,and the community. So Please think again Sunderland C.C.
