We use this car park regular to park up and walk the dog as come in from Murton would be a disgrace to lose this facility.

In your own words Sunderland Council "Discover the picturesque views of this park" so why on earth would you want to put a gypsy site in the car park. A car park that is in constant use.

Dog walkers also use this car park , this is shocking behaviour by the council o ce again a waste of council funds , someone will be getting a back hander at the council

We need to keep the car park for locals. Also Hetton Angling club who do so much for young and old within the local community. And 1st Eppleton Scout Group based in Hetton-le-Hole have benefited from coaching every summer and meet and help in the car park.

We live opposite the entrance to the car park...it should be left alone it is used alot during the day for people visiting the park/lakes. It's disgraceful that the council wish to takeaway use of the car park for a travellers site.
