Fully support home quarantine. I am fully vaccinated, I thought I had done my part for the community I'm sure many fellow people did, yet the government treats these good citizens like animals. Disgraceful.

Home quarantine should be a right when we are vaccinated, when we have little kids, where we are negative

This process will only slow down the infection, not stop it, but in the mean time, the process may be causing a lot of stress and anxiety and increasing the % of mentally unstable population!

The proposal is best for both the citizens and the administration especially that the Center seems not a comfortable one.

Come on, HK Government, make at least one rational and measured decision. Use this to encourage the vaccination programme, at the very least.

Three weeks in a hotel room is a terrible strain on peoples mental health, finances and physical health.

I have a dog. My daughter has a dog. My son has two dogs. Having them forcibly removed from us is our biggest fear. Two of them need regular medication and all of them would be very distressed to find themselves placed in a facility for 3 weeks. Unacceptable

All forms of quarantine for vaccinated individuals should be done at home when it is safe to do so i.e. all persons living in the home are quarantining. Tracking bracelets allow for this to happen safely

Self quarantine at home is the safest way to handle the pandemic without risking different sectors of people. Mental health is also crucial to stay healthy. We all suffer from fear, loneliness and uncertainties. How can we stay positive to fight this pandemic?! This government is inconsiderate and only knows how to put up a show.

Seems to me that the HK Govt is looking for ways to encourage vaccination. Wouldn't allowing those that are fully vaccinated to have the option of home quarantine a great incentive?

Any form of quarantine for vaccinated people is lunacy too.

There must be differentiation to motivate more people to take the vaccines and safe public resources.

For those that only have 3rd person indirect contact should be allowed to home quarantine. Protocol and procedures can be set to track and monitor rather than asking everyone to go to the camp.
